Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups with Veggie Sticks

4 large soft tortillas
8 slices of turkey or deli meat of choice
4 slices of mild cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup hummus or cream cheese (for spreading)
1 cup baby carrots, washed and sliced into sticks
1 cup cucumber, sliced into sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 apple, sliced


Prepare Tortillas:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

Spread Hummus or Cream Cheese:
Spread a thin layer of hummus or cream cheese over each tortilla.

Layer Turkey and Cheese:
Place two slices of turkey and one slice of cheese on each tortilla.

Carefully roll up each tortilla, ensuring it’s not too tight. Cut each roll into bite-sized pinwheels.

Pack with Veggie Sticks:
