2 cups elbow macaroni (or any pasta shape of choice)
1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed until tender
1 cup butternut squash, cooked and mashed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk (use a variety suitable for the child’s dietary needs)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare the Pasta:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
